Pinoli Farmhouse wants to share its bounty!

Welcome to Pinoli Farmhouse!

We are a craft kitchen influenced by the seasons and inspired by the bounty produced in our abundant gardens.

We create a bi-weekly menu offering sourdough breads, garden-inspired spreads and other products based on the harvest.

We also offer artisan bread baking and other classes at our homestead in Pinole. These will be posted here and will be announced through the mailing list.

The art of eating

Chef Deirdre Davis has worked as a culinary instructor and pastry chef for over 20 years in the Bay Area. Originally from the east coast, she moved to California to attend the California Culinary Academy. Deirdre has worked in numerous restaurants, taught baking and hosted many private classes, inspiring a whole new generation of bakers. She is also a member of the Bread Bakers Guild of America.

In addition, Deirdre works as a chef consultant and product developer. She loves what she does and loves to share her knowledge with others.
