My preserves are created through inspiration from foraged and home grown ingredients. Our fruit trees are slowly coming into their own giving us beautiful apricots, elderberries, pears, peaches, apples, figs, berries, plums and an assortment of interesting citrus. Herbs including lemon verbena and rose geranium also make their way into our jams.
